Christina Tantsis, founder of Sisko Chocolate Melbourne, presents a Masterclass on all you ever wanted to know about CHOCOLATES.

Learning where chocolate comes from, and the bean to bar process of making chocolate. You will travel through the tropical regions of Madagascar, Venezuela, Vietnam, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, and even Australia, as you taste the Single Origin chocolates from these regions.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase luxurious Sisko chocolates.

Proceeds go towards Mission Work in Cambodia (CMS) & Mission Aviation Fellowship
